Sunny Lu graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a major in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has over 15  experience as an IT executive in Fortune 500 companies and was the former CIO of Louis Vuitton Greater China. In addition to his strong technical background in computer science and network communication, Sunny has extensive experience in IT strategy and management, enterprise digital transformation, and innovation. Sunny co-founded the VeChain project in 2015.years

Dr. Zhou achieved his BS degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Later he pursued PhD from University of Southampton. After that, he was devoted to research jobs for over 10 years. And in July, 2017, he was hired as chief scientist in VeChain. He has been in VeChain for over 2 years.

Jianliang Gu was graduated from Shanghai University with a master's degree in Cybernetics. He used to work in TCL communication technology as the Technical Director. Jianliang has over 16 years' experience in both hardware and software embedded system development and IT management. Since joining VeChain in 2017, he has been in charge of the technology development, focusing on the development of enterprise blockchain solutions with the combination of blockchain and IoT technologies.

Jie Zhang is CFO, Co-Founder of VeChain. Before joining VeChain, Jie was a senior manager, manager in Deloitte UK and PwC China. He joined PwC in 2002 after graduation with E&E major. Jie has more than 14 years working experience over financial / accounting management, internal control assurance / advisory experience. He has extensive knowledge of enterprise finance and business process management, regulatory requirements, trends of corporate internal controls and internal control framework, SOX / CSOX, enterprise risk management, etc. Jie also has 14 years’ experience in IT assurance and advisory services. Jie’s major areas of expertise and experience include IT General controls, IT security, IT Governance and risk management, System Application Controls, etc. Jie serves clients from various industries, not only financial institutes (insurance, banking & capital markets, investment clients, etc.), but also manufacture, pharmaceutical, healthcare, transportations, energy & resourcing, etc. Jie is now starting his adventure in Blockchain technology with VeChain. The Key role of Jie is to build up strong financial framework, corporate governance and accounting principle for Vechain business. In addition, Jie will drive the whole entity's economics to thrive continuously in the future.
